This week is the first CEGSA General Meeting for 2019. It will be held at the Royal Society Rooms at 7:30pm as normal.

This month several members from CEGSA who attended the ASF Conference in Tasmania will share their thoughts and photos on the conference topics and field trips. The agenda for the night will be:

• 7:30 General Meeting
• 8:15 Break for nibbles ($3)
• 8:30 Highlights of the 2019 ASF Conference in Tasmania

Don't forget that the CEGSA AGM is on Saturday the 9th of February. The AGM will be held at the Hope Valley Scout Hall, with a social BBQ to be held prior. The Scout Hall will be open from 4pm for dinner, with the AGM starting at 7pm. The Scout Hall has several BBQs, a kitchen and plenty of tables and chairs, all of which are available for CEGSA members to use.

Also please note that Athol requires reports for the Annual Report from officers prior to January the 26th.

Finally, nominations for positions on the CEGSA committee are now open. Please for them to myself if you are unable to nominate yourself on the day.
